Shipping, Pre-Orders, & Sales
We offer local US shipping at no additional cost to our customers in all 50 states for all purchases over $100. Note free shipping is via USPS flat rate pack 4-7 business days. For express, 2nd day, or international shipping additional charges may apply. Once the order is placed, items ship typically with in 72 hours or 1-3 business days Monday-Friday. All orders placed after 5pm on Friday, and over the weekend will not ship till the following M-F period. We strive to get your order to you as quickly as we can, and will always work to resolve any issue should one arise. Once an order ships tracking information will automatically be sent to the customer via Email address provided at check out. You may then track the item through the appropriate portal depending on the shipping method chosen.
NOTE: if you fail to enter a valid email no tracking will be sent. You must contact us via email request at Support@EMPEDC.com to have a tracking link sent out. Proof of purchase will be necessary prior to any information being provided.
EMPEDC will not be responsible for package/Item once it has been shipped, or we deliver the package to the carrier we have fulfilled our obligation.
We EMPEDC do not accept or take responsibility, nor liability if automatic knives are not legal in your area. We encourage everyone to know, and respect local laws. By completing a purchase, you are accepting any and all such liability, and affirming said item is legally obtained.
Please insure any shipment you cant afford to lose. If you would like to purchase shipment insurance, please contact us once you have placed your order and we will make the necessary arrangements. This will require a small additional payment to cover the insurance premium. In general cost is from $3-$10

We will ship internationally for an additional charge. EMPEDC will not be responsible for package/Item once it has been shipped. We can not control how customs in your country will handle your package.

Pre-Orders & Sales are something we do to build support for our brand, while giving back to those whom show that support. The way we give back, and show our appreciation is with a reduced sale price, and surprise extras during the initial pre-order sale periods, to our most supportive, and excited friends.

We do our very best to coordinate with our manufacturers, especially when it comes to delivery time lines. If there is any delay in shipment delivery, we will notify our supporters via email, and Instagram post publicly available, and meant to maintain transparency to both our supporters, and the community as well. That all said we will always post both a best case, and a worst case delivery window. We never want to miss a deadline, or fail expectations. Feel free to ask any question, or for your order status at any time.

No Order Cancellations are permitted on Pre-Orders
As a general rule, no pre-order item is eligible for a return/refund during the production of the item. Due to the nature of pre-orders, funds cannot be released during production. Pre-orders may have an estimated timeline ranging from 3-5 months till completion. By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to this term.
In the rare exception to this a 10% restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the fees we pay to process your payments. Your refund will be issued when funds are available based on your method of payment. Transactions that are not fully settled are not eligible for refunds. This will include Sezzel Payments.
By placing any Order or Pre-Order you the customer agree to wait the defined time period for delivery, and agree to these terms and conditions.
At Pre-order item delivery, Normal Return / Exchange policy applies on delivery of the item Pre-ordered to cover in the case of defect. ( see policy pages for full details )
Sales: Any Merchandise ordered and or purchased during a sale may not be canceled or refunded prior to delivery. We do this because our sales have limited quantities, and it is not fair to others if you have a change of heart that costs them a chance at the same gear. We encourage responsible spending, and decision making. You the purchaser, made the choice to take advantage of a sale, and we thank you for the support.

By placing an order you agree to the terms that your package will be shipped in or around said time lines, and that any and all time lines highlighted above are expressly for, or as example ONLY. Shipping times may vary based on time of the year, product, and shipping method chosen. Once a package ships EMPEDC can not be held liable for the time it takes for the selected carrier service to deliver said package.
