The Pulse R ( Ridiculous ) Size, Power, & and a Crazy Grind. OTFs fascinate me, the goal was to break the mold of what an OTF could be, without sacrificing usability. Making something both practical and impractical. The Pulse R is Ridiculous in both form and function. It’s a testament to the idea that an overbuilt OTF can be a useful tool, a ton of fun, and a conversation starter all in one!
The R is a one run and done, once they are gone, that is it. This project was done purely for the love of OTFs, for personal enjoyment, & as an exercise in " why not? " To create something never done before. Once the prototypes were in my hands, I enjoyed them so much that I wanted to offer the same experience to our community.
You will understand why I created these beasts, when you open your Pulse R. My bet is it slaps a huge smile on your face, gives you that " huh, huh, oh yeah chuckle" and leaves you finding ways to put it to work, or hand it to a friend, like " hey bud, check this out " so you can see them have the same reaction.
